I’m 25 and completely absent minded, disorganized, and I lack focus across the board. Sometimes, it’s hard for me to concentrate. I think I may have a problem. I want to see what my options are.
Do I need to go to a psychiatrist? Does health insurance normally cover this type of evaluation? What does the evaluation consist of?

Health insurance does cover the ADD diagnosis and the Americans With Disabilities Act -the ADA- covers discrimination against people w/ ADD
As both the links that i gave you will tell you , it is important that you find a health care practioner that is very familiar with the ins and outs of ADD in adults
