i have recently been diagnosed with add and my doc prescribed straterra it was awful!! made me tired , sick to my stomach, i have an appt coming up and she is gonna try me on concerta.has anyone used this and if so what are your comments? i am 34 trs old

Don’t take ANY drugs unless you HAVE to. All the drug companies care about is money. They only treat the symptoms……not the problem itself. The best advice I can give is and all natural diet. This might sound crazy but its been proven in numerous studies that all the junk we eat containing chemicals such as artificial colors,flavors and preservatives have an adverse effect on our bodies. It effects some differently than others. In my brothers case as well as a good friend of mine, when removing all the artificial stuff, both attention span and focus came back. Not to mention a host of other positive stuff. Its expensive to eat this way. It means no fast food and reading literally every label only to find that you cant have most if it but its one of the healthiest things you can do for your body. Nature did not intend for our bodies to have chemicals.
